At iPouch™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your iPhone case, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item for refund or exchange with new product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized iPhone cases
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.  Shipping charge RS 60 will be deducted from refund

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. 

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your case for a different model or color, please contact us and we'll arrange the exchange for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [your email] with photos and videos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
